Deposit Amount Required is $200.00

Buyer is required to make a deposit in the amount of $200 to seller (Puppies2Luv Kennels) as a promise to purchase a puppy from Puppies2Luv Kennels. Buyer is eligible for a full refund within two weeks of said deposit, after which, buyer agrees to forfeit the deposit.

Upon receipt of the $200, seller is obligated to supply to the buyer a puppy meeting the qualifications above or seller must return the full deposit to buyer. If the puppy is not available to the buyer due to injury, ill health or any other defect as per the breeder’s advice, buyer will have the option of transferring the deposit to another puppy or requesting a full refund of the deposit.

Buyer has read and fully understands the terms of this contract and agrees to comply with them.
